Dear Keith, Chris,

I want to thank you on a fantastic job you did in brining Fusco to me from Portugal.

It made what had been a very traumatic 14 month saga end with a great conclusion. The contact that your drivers made during the trip was second to none, very quickly putting my mind at rest, it was the first time in 14 months I felt I could get excited in anticipation of his arrival. I can not thank you enough and look forward to using your service again in the future.

I have had a lot of interest in your service and have recommended it to the show/breed community with out any hesitation. Being in the animal industry as a rule I do not recommend services unless they really impress and yours did.

As requested I have attached some picture of Fusco (who is now called Paulo) it has taken some time as no doubt Chris has told you what a state he was in. He was also 3 kg under weight but I am happy to say he is gaining weight very quickly.

Paulo is the 9th Cao de Serra da Aires (Portuguese Sheepdog) in the country and the only one of his colour and has already been working to boost the breed as in 1970 they were nearly extinct in the world. The breed in Portugal is a very old breed and it would have been a great loss if this had happened.

Just a short note to thank you both for Petra's transportation. She arrived so happy and not stressed at all and Chris arrived at Stranraer bang on time, super!
