In entrusting your much loved pet to Pet Chauffeurs, we guarantee that, unlike some other companies, your pet will not be transferred to a truck after collection, or changed to a smaller pen, or even have other pets put in the same pen.
All our journeys are direct with no over night hotel stops, we do not claim to use 'pet friendly hotels' on our regular Portugal & Spain journeys, hotels do not cater for 6/8 pets to be taken in, out of respect for other guests.
We would never leave pets unattended outside an hotel. We do not agree with these practices! Be confident your pet will arrive happy, having enjoyed their safe journey, with a company that truly cares about your pets and setting high standards in pet transport by road.

No family pet should be transported long distances in the back of a panel van, we do not use panel vans.

Our Pet Chauffeurs Mini Coaches (one pictured above) have Air-Conditioning vents to the rear as well as rear heating for the colder months, the all around windows are dark tinted to protect pets from sun glare. Fitted with a full range of Defra approved mesh pens you can be sure, whatever the size of your pet, they will have a comfortable journey. All pens come with soft bedding with most pens opening within the vehicle. A pet ramp is available to assist elderly pets.
Our feline friends pens are set at window height and out of direct contact with our canine passengers. Dogs are walked every two to three hours on our special non-slip leads away from traffic. Have water available at all times in non-spill water bowls. Channel crossings are via the Euro Tunnel allowing us to be with your pets.
We especially care for both elderly and young pets in transit. No risks are ever taken with your pets, each receives close attention. We continue to offer our luxury service of pet owners travelling only with their pets in the UK and mainland Europe.
